Abstract (en)
The helmet comprises an outer shell (11), an inner wall (20) spaced apart from the shell, and an expanded-polystyrene layer (30) injected between the shell and the inner wall (20). For each of the strap fastening straps (26a,26b) there is provided an anchoring tension member (31) which extends between the outer wall (20) and the shell (11) and is firmly fixed to the shell so as to cooperate in tensile relation with the outer shell in order to transmit tensile forces to the shell through the respective tension member (31).
