Abstract (en)
The element has an open cell polyurethane foam layer (2) with zones (3 - 5) having different thickness and densities, where the foam layer is monolithic. The foam layer has a decoration formed through one of the two zones (4, 5). The foam layer is provided between external and internal tissue layers (15, 16). The zone (3) has rigidity higher than rigidity of other zones (4, 5). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a comfort element for a part of a sport shoe.
