[origin: EP1520580A1] The invention relates to the preparation and use of compositions for increasing endurance in a mammal and the treatment prevention and delaying of endurance fatigue. The compositions contain creatine and an alkaline substance. The compositions also have use in the reduction of the perception of fatigue during or after endurance exercise.
