Abstract (en)

The stand (9) has a roller (1), and a punching tool (2) provided at its peripheral surface, which passes through a punching region with a rotation of the roller. A drive drives the roller for rotation and is controlled with a control such that the roller is moved with a rotation speed when the punching tool partly resides in the punching region and is moved with another rotation speed when the punching tool resides outside the punching region. Another roller (3) is arranged opposite to the former roller such that the punching region lies between the rollers. An independent claim is also included for a rotation punching method.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stanzwalzgerüst mit einer Walze, an deren Umfangsfläche zumindest ein Stanzwerkzeug vorgesehen ist, das bei einer Rotation der Walze einen Stanzbereich durchläuft, in dem es in das zu stanzende Material eingreifen kann, und einem Antrieb, um die Walze zur Rotation anzutreiben, sowie einer Regelung, mit der der Antrieb derart geregelt werden kann, dass die Walze mit einer ersten Rotationsgeschwindigkeit bewegt wird, wenn sich das Stanzwerkzeug zumindest teilweise in dem Stanzbereich befindet, und mit zumindest einer anderen Rotationsgeschwindigkeit bewegt wird, wenn sich das Stanzwerkzeug außerhalb des Stanzbereichs befindet.
