Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2042424A1] The water craft has two chain plates (20) located on both sides of a hull (22) and in a rear of a mast foot (4), and a stay (26) comprising an elastic strap (27). Two shrouds (8, 9) are provided with lengthening/reducing units for reducing/lengthening a length of the shrouds, where the length of the shrouds is provided for a function to exert a contrary force to the elastic strap of the stay, such that an inclination of a mast (2) by wind is caused in a transversal plane while increasing a collection of the mast in a longitudinal plane.
