Abstract (en)

The push-button has an elastic press button accommodated in a housing (1.5), where the press button and the housing are sealed against each other by a diaphragm-like sealing element (1.6). The sealing element is provided for resetting the press button into a starting position according to activation of the push-button. The sealing element is clamped at the housing and at the press button, and has a clamping ring (1.2) for clamping a sealing surface (1.4) of the sealing element at an inner wall of the housing. The ring is made from metal or plastic.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drucktaster mit einem Gehäuse, in dem ein Druckknopf federnd aufgenommen ist und wobei der Druckknopf und das Gehäuse über ein Dichtelement gegeneinander abgedichtet sind und das Dichtelement zur Rückstellung des Druckkopfes in eine Ausgangsposition nach Betätigung ausgebildet ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, für jede Arbeitsposition des Drucktasters eine erhöhte Abdichtfunktion des Dichtelementes zu gewährleisten. Hierfür wird das Dichtelement am Gehäuse und am Druckknopf eingeklemmt. Hierfür sind ein Klemmring und/oder ein Kragen 2.1 vorgesehen, die einstückig mit dem Dichtelement verbunden sind oder separate Bauteile darstellen. Der Klemmring und auch der Kragen können durch teilweise Aussteifung des membranartigen Dichtelementes gebildet werden. Sowohl für die Herstellung als auch für die Montage des Drucktasters ergeben sich deutliche Vorteile im Vergleich zu bekannten Drucktastern.
