[origin: WO2008009322A1] The invention relates to an electric razor with a housing (1) and a shaving head (4). The shaving head (4) is coupled to the housing (1) by means of at least one first elastic element (6, 31) and has at least one first shaving element (5). The electric razor also has an electric motor (2) for generating an oscillating movement of the shaving head (4) and a diverging oscillating movement of at least one second shaving element (13). The electric motor (2) has two drive components (7, 8), and a first drive component (7) can be actuated in an oscillating manner relative to a second drive component (8). One of the drive components (7) is connected to the at least one second shaving element (13). The at least one second shaving element (13), or a drive part (12, 14) connected thereto, has an elastic connection to the shaving head (4). The electric motor (2) is arranged in the housing (1).
