[origin: FR2903135A1] The tower has metallic ladder frames and balustrade frames connected together by integration plates, and integrated levels fixed on horizontal or vertical bars of ladders, where the horizontal bars are spaced of 50 centimeters from each other. The ladder frames have two vertical tubular posts that are connected by the horizontal bars. Lifting rings are assembled to position the ladders. The ladder frames are connected together by a connector e.g. appendage, that is integrated to base balustrades.
