Abstract (en)
The disk (1) has a carrier disk (2) provided with grinding lamellas (3) on a front side, and a hollow cylindrical-shaped passage opening (4) provided at middle of the carrier disk. A threaded insert (5) is inserted into the opening for retaining a drive shaft of a drive machine, where the length of a cylindrical part (51) of the threaded insert lying in the opening is shorter than the length (L2) of the opening. The length of the part is measured such that a cylindrical recess (6) is formed at a rear side of the disk, where the recess retains a disk-shaped section at the drive shaft.

Die erfindungsgemäße Schleif- oder Polierscheibe weist eine Durchgangsöffnung auf, in welcher über eine Presspassung ein Gewindeeinsatz eingefügt ist. Der Gewindeeinsatz weist ein Innengewinde als Durchgangsgewinde auf, zur Aufnahme der Spindel einer Antriebsmaschine. Durch den gefügten Gewindeeinsatz entfällt die Verwendung einer Spannmutter oder die Herstellung eines Innengewindes in der Trägerscheibe der Schleif- oder Polierscheibe.
