The method for galvanic coating of magnesium- or magnesium alloy surface with a metal layer, comprises cleaning the surface to be coated in an alkaline treatment solution, subjecting an adhesion-promoting layer on the surface to be coated by an alkaline adhesive stain, and separating a first metal layer from the surface cleaned and equipped with the adhesion-promoting layer by galvanic process using alkaline electrolyte. The adhesive stain used for the separation of the adhesion-promoting layer has a dynamic surface tension of = 55 mN/m on a bubble duration of = 500 ms. The method for galvanic coating of magnesium- or magnesium alloy surface with a metal layer, comprises cleaning the surface to be coated in an alkaline treatment solution, subjecting an adhesion-promoting layer on the surface to be coated by an alkaline adhesive stain, and separating a first metal layer from the surface cleaned and equipped with the adhesion-promoting layer by galvanic process using alkaline electrolyte. The surface to be coated is brought during the total coating process to complete covering with a metal layer of the metal to be separated exclusively with process solution and rinsing solution with a pH value of >= 8. The adhesive stain used for the separation of the adhesion-promoting layer has a dynamic surface tension of = 55 mN/m on a bubble duration of = 500 ms and comprises a wetting agent.
Abstract (de)
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur galvanischen Beschichtung von Magnesium- oder Magnesiumlegierungsoberflächen. Zur Abscheidung unterschiedlicher Metallschichten aus Magnesium- oder Magnesiumlegierungsoberflächen wird mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren vorgeschlagen, die zu beschichtenden Oberflächen bis zur Abscheidung einer ersten Metallschicht auf den Oberflächen diese ausschließlich mit Prozesslösungen und Spüllösungen in Kontakt zu bringen, welche einen pH-Wert > pH 7 aufweisen. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass bei Vermeidung der Kontaktierung der zu beschichtenden Oberflächen mit Prozesslösungen mit einem pH-Wert ‰¤ 7 Metallschichten auf eine Vielzahl von Magnesium- oder Magnesiumlegierungsoberflächen mit gutem Abscheideergebnis haftfest abgeschieden werden können.
