Abstract (en)
The system has lower screens (3) integrated with a metallic road barrier (1) and supporting posts (2) through shock absorbers (4). Each screen is made of wood and structured into groups of boards (C) and strips (D) mounted in an inclined manner on the shock absorbers by forming a convergence angle (Alpha) higher than 90 degrees between the boards. Each shock absorber has an arm (A) and a connecting piece (B), where the geometry and the arrangement of the shock absorber condition the convergence angle of the screen.

Système continu installable sur des barrières routières, pour la protection des motocyclistes, caractérisé en ce qu'il se compose d'écrans inférieurs (3) solidaires de la barrière routière (1) et/ou de ses poteaux porteurs (2), au moyen d'amortisseurs (4) ; chaque écran inférieur (3) se structurant en groupes de planches (C) et de feuillards (D) adossés par paires montées sur ces amortisseurs (4), en formant entre eux un angle de convergence (±) et chaque amortisseur (4) se composant d'un bras (A) et d'une pièce de raccordement (B) dont la géométrie et la disposition conditionnent ledit angle de convergence (±) des écrans inférieurs (3).
