The method involves providing a capacitive sensor for automatic detection of a disturbing object e.g. human being (4), in a region of a door closing path (2) of a door (10) e.g. tiltable door. An actual variance of the capacitance of the capacitive sensor is compared to a variable with a reference value or a reference curve, for the detection of the disturbing objects during the closing operation of the door. The capacitive sensor has a sensor surface (1) arranged at a door leaf, and embedded in a seal at a bottom edge of the door. An independent claim is also included for a system for controlling a door drive.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Torantriebs, insbesondere eines Rolltores, bei welchem ein kapazitiver Sensor zur automatischen Erkennung von Störobjekten im Bereich des Torschließweges des Tores eingesetzt wird, wobei die Erkennung von Störobjekten beim Schließen des Tores durch einen Vergleich der aktuellen Veränderung der Kapazität des kapazitiven Sensors bezüglich einer Variable mit einem Referenzwert oder einer Referenzkurve erfolgt. Die Erfindung umfasst weiterhin ein entsprechendes System zur Steuerung eines Torantriebes.
