[origin: EP2045556A2] The exchanger has strand like chains including deflection areas (30, 32) for a medium for directly adjoined chains such that sinks of each chain is in flow connection with directly adjoined uprisings of the directly adjoined chains. Bars of each chain are parallelly arranged with each other and are inclinedly formed in the same direction with respect to a partition (10), where an acute angle (alpha) is spanned between the partition and bars. The uprisings und sinks of the chains are displaced in the cover on the directly adjoined chains. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a turbulence generator for a plate-heat exchanger.
