[origin: WO2008007018A1] The invention relates to a stop device for dentistry contra-angles, such as endodontics or implant surgery contra-angles, device of the type comprising means of locking with a head of the contra-angle holding the dental instrument, and an extension determining the depth of the work, characterized in that it is composed of a shell (2) having a bottom (4) extended on its periphery by a perpendicular cover (5) so as to form internally a cavity in a shape complementary to that of the lower part of the head of the contra-angle, the bottom (4) comprising a central bore for the passage of the instrument, the bottom (4) being extended contrary to the cover (5) by a hollow cylindrical extension positioned coaxially with respect to the instrument and around it, and the total length of which is variable and adjustable.
