Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2008011652A1] Venetian blind (100) having a top and a bottom section (2, 3), characterized in that the two sections (2, 3) can be actuated by means of a rotatable driveshaft (14), on which are arranged bottom-part winding rollers (6) for the task of winding relatively long bottom-part pulling bands (61) of the bottom section (3), these rollers being provided for the vertical movement of the top limiting bar (35) of the bottom section (3), and top-part winding rollers (5), which are provided for moving the bottom limiting bar (25) of the top section (2) by means of a relatively short top-part pulling band (51), wherein starting from a starting position (As), where the top-part pulling band has been wound up on the top-part winding roller and the bottom-part pulling band has been unwound from the bottom-part winding roller, rotation of the driveshaft causes the top-part pulling band to be unwound until the top section has been extended and, synchronously therewith, the bottom-part pulling band can be wound up on the bottom-part winding roller, until the top section is half extended, in which case a central position (Ms) is reached, and, as the driveshaft is rotated further, the unwound top-part pulling band (51) can be wound up again until the top section has been retracted, and the top limiting bar of the bottom section can be pulled up against the bottom limiting bar (25) of the top section and, therewith, the bottom section is fully extended, as a result of which the end position (ES) is reached.
