Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2047766A2] The device has locking elements (3, 4) provided at external sliding elements (10, 11), which are translatorily moved against ends (12, 13) aligned to a band narrow side. The sliding elements have inner ends lying within a band width and opposite to each other. The inner ends of the sliding elements overlap each other in a direction of a sliding axis (5). An actuating element (17) is provided between the inner ends of the sliding elements, where the actuating element is pivoted at a sliding axle aligned transverse to a longitudinal extension of the band.
