[origin: EP2047993A1] The cylinder has a register device (9) for adjusting of side registers of a printing lining fitted on an outer circumference of the cylinder. Register device is arranged in a channel wall (1a), cylinder wall and recess in an axial adjustable manner. Clamping units (2, 13) are provided with two clamping surfaces (2d, 13a) respectively. The clamping unit (13) is supported at a side at the cylinder, where the side is turned away from the clamping surface (13a). The register device is clamped in the channel wall, cylinder wall and recess, between the clamping surfaces (2d, 13a).
