Abstract (en)
The method involves providing an adhesive film (10) and a releasing a decorative layer from the adhesive film using a release process, where the adhesive film consists of polyurethane, polyamide or polypropylene. The adhesive film is positioned on an object (50) e.g. elongated plastic profile, such that the decorative layer is turned away from the object. The adhesive film is pressed to the object by pressure difference between both sides of the adhesive film. The adhesive film is pasted on the object. An independent claim is also included for a device for attaching a decoration to an object.

Ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Dekors auf einen Gegenstand sieht folgende Schritte vor: a) Bereitstellen einer klebefähigen Folie (10), b) Übertragen einer Dekorschicht (14) mittels Release-Technik auf die klebefähige Folie (10), c) Positionieren der klebefähigen Folie (10) an dem Gegenstand (50) derart, dass die Dekorschicht (14) von dem Gegenstand abgewandt ist, d) Andrücken der klebefähigen Folie an den Gegenstand und Verkleben der Folie (10) mit dem Gegenstand (50).
