Abstract (en)
The plastic strip (12) for a door or window has two visible faces (14, 16), of which at least one has a covering foil fixed to the external surface of the strip. Metal foil (18) is fixed to the external surface on one visible face, and real wood veneer (20) is fixed to the other visible face. The foil and veneer may be stuck flat to the face. The metal foil may be aluminum foil.

Ein Fenster- oder Türprofil aus Kunststoff (12) weist mindestens zwei Sichtflächen auf, wobei eine erste Sichtfläche (14) mit einer Metallfolie (18) abgedeckt ist und eine zweite Sichtfläche (16) mit einem Echtholzfolienfurnier (20) beschichtet ist. Aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Profil (12) lassen sich Türrahmen und Fensterrahmen herstellen, die einerseits eine Echtholzoptik und andererseits eine Metalloptik aufweisen.
