Abstract (en)
The gong has a vibrating unit provided with an end (1) built-in a lug (7), a free end (5), and two parts (2, 3) that are connected by an intersection point (4), where the intersection point that turns around 180 degree in a longitudinal axis of the gong. The parts are provided in same plane and parallel to each other, where the parts are rectilinear and circular-arc shaped and the radii and lengths of the parts are different. A polygonal or circular cross-section of the gong, has a dimension that is variable along one of the parts.

Timbre pour mouvement d'horlogerie comprenant un mécanisme de sonnerie dont le timbre est un organe vibrant allongé suivant un axe longitudinal. Le timbre présente une première extrémité (1) encastrable dans un talon et une seconde extrémité libre (5). L'organe vibrant comporte au moins deux parties (2,3) reliées par un point de rebroussement (4), ce point de rebroussement effectuant un tournant de sensiblement 180° dans l'axe longitudinal de cet organe vibrant. Les première et seconde parties sont au moins sensiblement dans le même plan.
