Abstract (en)
The bed has a pivoting mechanism including parallel arms (24) with a joint placed around a chassis (17) and barrier elements of a side barrier. A deployment bar (30) of the mechanism is articulated between the arms. A locking system is arranged between the element and a cam profile (35) attached to the bar. The system has a retainer (40) slidingly mounted in a guide of the element and actuated by an actuating handle (42) permitting to disengage the retainer from the profile. The retainer cooperates with stops of the profile to define a predetermined stable position of the mechanism.

Lit à barrière escamotable par rotation/translation, commandable d'une seule main grâce à une poignée intégrée à la barrière. L'élément de barrière (16) est associé à un mécanisme à parallélogramme déformable (14, 30) comprenant une barre de déploiement (30) pourvue d'un profil de came (35) avec lequel coopère un loquet (40) actionné par une poignée (42), pour le désolidariser dudit profil de came, ledit loquet coopérant avec des butées dudit profil de came pour définir au moins une position stable du mécanisme à parallélogramme déformable.
