The method involves arranging slits (6, 7) in a bottom wall (3) between circumferences of outer and inner sleeve parts (2, 4) of a cup-shaped sleeve assembly (1), where the slits are produced by a punching process. A portion of the slit (6) is punched-out in a punching step, where the slits run along a circumferential direction. The portion of the slit (6) is adjacent to the circumference of the outer sleeve part. A portion of the slit (7) is punched-out in another punching step, where the portion of the slit (7) is adjacent to the circumference of the inner sleeve part.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schlitzen, in der Bodenwand einer napfförmigen Hülsenanordnung (1), wobei die Hülsenanordnung (1) ein äußeres Hülsenteil (2), die Bodenwand (3) und ein inneres Hülsenteil (4) umfasst, wobei das äußere Hülsenteil (2) an eine Seite der Bodenwand (3) angeformt und das innere Hülsenteil (4) an die andere Seite der Bodenwand (3) angeformt sind, und wobei in der Bodenwand (3) zwischen dem Umfang des äußeren Hülsenteils (2) und dem Umfang des inneren Hülsenteils (4) wenigstens ein in Umfangsrichtung verlaufender Schlitz (6) angeordnet ist. Der wenigstens eine Schlitz (6) wird durch Stanzen hergestellt. Dabei wird in einem Stanzschritt ein an den Umfang des äußeren Hülsenteils (2) angrenzender Teilbereich (6') des wenigstens einen Schlitzes (6) ausgestanzt und wird in einem weiteren Stanzschritt der an den Umfang des inneren Hülsenteils (4) angrenzende Teilbereich des wenigstens einen Schlitzes (6) ausgestanzt.
