Abstract (en)
The method involves deploying flat preforms formed by folding a rectangular paper sheet (40) i.e. parchment paper, for obtaining parallelepiped boxes, where each box is opened on top, and comprises a flat bottom. The boxes are positioned on a conveyor. A clamp system descends on the boxes after the boxes are placed on the conveyor. The boxes are filled by a culinary preparation i.e. food, and are closed by a separate cover. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a folded pouch comprising a box (2) a package comprising a cover.

Procédé de fabrication de papillotes (28) pour la cuisson de préparations culinaires dans un emballage en papier, sur une ligne de fabrication en continu, caractérisé en ce que des préformes plates (20) réalisées par pliage d'une feuille de papier (40) de qualité alimentaire et résistant à une cuisson au four, sont déployées pour obtenir des boîtiers parallélépipédique (22) ouverts sur le dessus et comportant un fond plat, ces boîtiers sont ensuite positionnés sur un convoyeur (2) comprenant des moyens de positionnement et des moyens de maintien du boîtier en forme, puis les boîtiers sont remplis par une préparation culinaire et refermés par un couvercle (26).
