Abstract (en)
The machine has a push button (37) fastened to a rotationally driving radial cam (39). The radial cam is rotationally driven around an axis (13) of a gripper drive shaft (14). The radial cam is formed at an outer periphery of a control disk (38). A capsule lifter (33) is rotatably mounted around an axis (35) perpendicular to the axis (13) of the gripper drive shaft. The radial cam exhibits different radial distances from the axis (13) for adapting to the axial movements of the push button in the direction of the gripper drive shaft. The cam is connected with a gripper in a torque proof manner.

Ein Greifer-System für eine Nähmaschine weist einen Greifer (12) auf, der mit einer Spulen-Kapsel (21) versehen ist. Es ist ein Kapsel-Lüfter (33) vorgesehen, der einen gegen den Lüfter-Nocken (31) der Spulen-Kapsel (21) anlegbaren Lüfter-Hebel (32) und einen Taster (37) aufweist, der an einer um die Achse (13) des Greifers (12) drehantreibbaren Steuerkurve (39) anliegt. Der Kapsel-Lüfter (33) ist um eine zur Achse (13) des Greifers (12) senkrechte Achse (35) schwenkbar gelagert. Die Steuerkurve (39) weist zur Anpassung an Auslenkungen des Tasters (37) in Richtung der Achse (13) des Greifers (12) unterschiedliche radiale Abstände von der Achse (13) des Greifers (12) auf.
