The device has a cooked food plate unit (10) with a cooked food stacking surface (12) that comprises a groove (16) for partially tracing the surface. A curvature (14) is designed as main curvature (18), which is provided to promote running off of liquid from the surface. The groove partially bounds two sides (20, 22) of the surface, and has a flow unit (24). A sealant (26) selectively blocks running off of the liquid by the flow unit. The plate unit has a portion made of ceramic. The groove and the curvature (14) are formed from a component. A reinforcement unit reinforces the plate unit.

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Garablagevorrichtung mit wenigstens einer Garplatteneinheit (10), welche zumindest eine Gargutablagefläche (12) mit einer Wölbung (14) und wenigstens eine die Gargutablagefläche (12) zumindest teilweise berandende Rinne (16) aufweist. Um eine verbesserte Flüssigkeitsabführung zu erreichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Wölbung als Hauptwölbung (18) ausgebildet ist, welche dazu vorgesehen ist, ein Ablaufen einer Flüssigkeit von der Gargutablagefläche (12) zu fördern.
