Abstract (en)
[origin: DE102007050033B3] The actuator has a partially translucent dome (13), and a rotary ring (3) partially surrounding the dome. A position indicator (1) is arranged at or in the rotary ring, and a light guide (7) is coupled with a light source and has a light emitting surface (15) arranged within the dome. Coupling devices (6, 9, 10) couple the rotary ring with the light guide so that the light emitting surface is arranged opposite to the position indicator in each position of the rotary ring, and light emitted from the light emitting surface falls on the position indicator.
