Ein Pumpschacht (1) zum Sammeln von Abwasser oder dergleichen, besitzt eine Sammelkammer (4) zur Aufnahme von Abwasser oder dergleichen. Der Pumpschacht (1) weist wenigstens abschnittweise, insbesondere im oberen Bereich, eine gewölbte Form, insbesondere die Form einer Kugel auf. An seiner Außenseite weist er eine Verankerungs-oder Aufstelleinrichtung (2) auf, in der auch die Druckleitung (7) fixiert wird. Die Pumpe (5) wird an der Druckleitung (7) befestigt und benötigt keine weitere Halteelemente.
