The pivot bearing block of a window or door has a baseplate (2) and a bearing eye section (3) which are separately produced and then connected by welding, wherein the bearing eye section is produced by bending a bearing eye basic component. The bearing eye section can be produced by stamping of laser-cutting from a weldable material. The bearing eye section has a female thread for an adjusting screw. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a pivot bearing block.

Bei einem Drehlagerbock (1) eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dgl. mit einer Grundplatte (2) und einem Lageraugenteil (3), der über einen sich zumindest teilweise in dem Lageraugenteil (3) erstreckenden Bolzen mit weiteren Lagerteilen verbindbar ist, sind die Grundplatte (2) und das Lageraugenteil (3) getrennt hergestellt und anschließend mittels Schweißen verbunden. Dadurch ergibt sich ein schnelles Herstellungsverfahren des Drehlagerbocks (1).
