[origin: EP2053257A2] The device (2) has a lug (225) associated with an external periphery of a washer (220). Mutual rotation locking units are arranged at upper and lower surfaces of the washer and another washer (240), where the washers are made of hard material. A washer (260) is made of ductile material, and has a rotation locking unit formed by tabs (268, 269) for locking rotation of a nut (280). An external periphery of the washer (260) has a strap (265) cooperating with the lug by complementarity of shapes to lock rotation of the washer (260) with respect to the washer (220).
