Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2053268A1] The method involves cleaning a metal surface of a transport or process belt (BAN) by sand blasting. A metal primer i.e. Chemosil 211(RTM: heat activated bonding agent) of loop, is applied and vulcanizing primer i.e. Chemosil 231(RTM: heat activated bonding agent) of loop, is applied. Unvulcanized rubber is applied in strands form. The rubber is vulcanized under high temperature and additional pressure such that pressure is applied by using a tubular pressure hose (DRU). The transport or process belt is manufactured from stainless steel. An independent claim is also included for a device for vulcanizing of rubber profile on a transport or process belt.
