[origin: EP2053693A1] The casing (2) has a cylindrical receiving section (3) formed under formation of a receiving space for a radial symmetrical lamella contact grid and a cylindrical connection section formed under formation of another receiving space. The cylindrical connection section exhibits circulating recesses. A ring section (9) is designed between the receiving section and the connection section, where the receiving section, connection section and the ring section are manufactured as a single piece. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a plug-in connector socket casing.
