[origin: DE102006039551B3] The method involves articulating the end point of the support rod (3) with the bridge carrier (2). A column (4), a bridge carrier with end points (9) and a support rod with end points (5,6) is manufactured in perpendicular position. The end point of the support rod is articulated with the column. The bridge carrier is brought into a horizontal position by a perpendicular movement of the end point of the bridge carrier at the column. The moved end point of the bridge carrier is connected force-fit with the column. An independent claim is also included for a lift bridge.
