Abstract (en)
[origin: DE102006047018A1] The method involves heating a quasi-closed evaporator volume (3), delimited by a wall (2), which is partially filled with a solution (4) of a reducing agent precursor to a lead temperature of the solution to produce an atmosphere of a steam (7). The steam has a reducing agent precursor at a lead pressure above the ambient pressure. The removal of steam depends upon the requirement by using the pressure difference between the lead pressure and the ambient pressure. The reducing agent precursor is supplied to the solution depending upon the requirement of the evaporator volume. An independent claim is also included for a device for providing reducing agent precursor.
