[origin: WO2008022921A1] The invention relates to a positioning apparatus for empty product containers, in particular bottles or cans of an automatic return machine, the positioning apparatus comprising a device for setting the empty product container upright, in particular a bottle chute, a stabilizing device for stabilizing the upright empty product containers, and a conveyer belt, which is arranged downstream of the stabilizing device, for transporting the empty product container out of the stabilizing device.
