The machine comprises a winding group (5) for winding one or more strips around a spindle (1) to form a tubular element (T). The machine also provides a cutting group (31), which cuts the tubular element into single tubes. Furthermore, a scoring member (51) is also provided, for scoring the tubular element along at least one perforation line.
