Abstract (en)

The method involves changeably winding a material web (2) on a material web roller (3) in a latitudinal direction, where the material web roller stays in contact with a rewinding roller (4). A signal characteristics about the width of the material web is determined, where the signal characteristics is proportional to the thickness of the material web. The changing movement between the material web and the material web roller is controlled based on the signal characteristics. A pressure pattern in a nip (6) between the material web roller and the rewinding roller is determined. An independent claim is also included for a material web winding device comprising a transverse drive.

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (2) zu einer Materialbahnrolle (3) angegeben, bei dem die Materialbahn (2) in Breitenrichtung changierend auf die Materialbahnrolle (3) aufgewickelt wird und die Materialbahnrolle (3) mit einer Wicklerwalze (4) in Kontakt steht. Das Changieren wird durch einen Changierantrieb (7) bewirkt. Man möchte einen guten Aufbau der Materialbahnrolle (3) erreichen. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass man einen zur Dicke der Materialbahn (2) proportionalen Signalverlauf über die Breite der Materialbahn (2) ermittelt und den Changierantrieb (7) in Abhängigkeit von dem Signalverlauf steuert.
