Abstract (en)
The device has a thread or textile fiber roving (3) supplied between perforated conveyor belts (2), where the roving is provided from a curling machine (1). The roving traverses a fixing oven for being accomplished on a thread recapturing section. A pressure continuity maintaining unit (6) maintains the continuity of pressure on the roving at an output of the machine, and cooperates with the conveyor belts during fixing operations of the fiber or thread. The maintaining unit is formed under the form of a pair of rails (6') arranged between the conveyor belts.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de maintien du frisage de fibres textiles ou de fils lors du traitement de fixage ultérieur, disposé dans une ligne de traitement de fils par frisage et fixage comportant une machine à friser (1), ce dispositif étant relié à la sortie de la machine à friser (1) et comportant deux bandes transporteuses perforées (2), entre lesquelles est alimenté le boudin de fils ou de fibres textiles (3) provenant de la machine à friser (1) et qui traversent un four de fixage ou autre machine de fixage pour aboutir sur une plage de reprise de fils. Dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un moyen (6) de maintien de la continuité de la pression sur le boudin de fils ou de fibres textiles (3) en sortie de la machine à friser (1) et pendant toute l'opération de fixage, ce moyen coopérant avec les bandes transporteuses perforées (2). L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de l'industrie textile, en particulier du traitement de fils, notamment de la texturation par frisage.
