[origin: EP2056021A2] The boiler has grate elements (7-9) in which two of the elements (7, 8) are immovably arranged in a frame (5) using a retainer of the element (9). The frame has a slider (14) arranged below the immovable grate elements using retainers of the immovable grate elements. The immovable elements are shiftable between successive grate steps through passage openings (16) in outlets by adjusting drives. The element (9) upwardly closes a discharging device (11) for ashes and is movable below the immovable elements. The element (7) forms passage holes (24) that are supplied with compressed air.
