[origin: WO2008026765A2] It is provided a lyophilized preparation stably containing (2S)-1-(4-amino-2,3,5-trimethylphenoxy)-3-{4-[4-(4-fluorobenzyl)phenyl]-1-piperazinyl}-2-propanol or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The present invention relates to a lyophilized preparation containing the above compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient, and further containing: (a) at least one selected from sulfite, bisulfite, pyrosulfite, a-thioglycerol and cysteine, and (b) a ß-cyclodextrin derivative.
