Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a method for implementing conditional call forwarding. The method includes: determining that cross-network roaming of a called party occurs currently by an optimal routing at conditional call forwarding (ORCCF) intelligent service subscribed by a mobile terminal, when determining that the called party satisfies a call forwarding condition; and releasing a speech path established between a calling party and the called party, and forwarding a call to a forwarded-to-number of the called party from the calling party. The present invention also relates to a system and an apparatus for implementing conditional call forwarding. Through the present invention, in conditional call forwarding services, a cross-network roaming fee charged for the call forwarding can be avoided when cross-network roaming of a called subscriber occurs.
