[origin: WO2008030148A1] The claimed invention is related to an arrangement in a portable tool (10). The tool (10) comprises an engine (13) and related components placed in one end of an elongated tube (11) and a working tool (12) in the opposite end of the tube (11). A drive shaft (18) extends inside the tube (11) from the engine (13) via a clutch to the working tool (12). The clutch is secured to a crankcase (14) and surrounded by a clutch cover (16) provided with means for fastening the tube (11) to the clutch cover (16) and the clutch cover (16) is secured to the engine crankcase (14) via at least one elastic element.
