The at least sectionally conical portion is provided between the first anchoring portion and the second anchoring portion, and an anchoring element provided to be positioned at the second anchoring portion in a certain anchoring position. The anchoring element can be displaced freely in relation to the second anchoring portion in the longitudinal direction thereof and can be fixed by means of engaging means in relation to the second anchoring portion in the longitudinal direction thereof.
