[origin: EP2060743A1] The stage has a sealing unit including a flat annular sealing plate (80) extended radially between a downstream annular external edge (36) of a distributor (12) and an upstream end of a ring (28), where the plate is made of metal. The plate has an axial support unit that is supported against a downstream surface (64) of the edge of the distributor. The plate has a median annular part that is spaced axially from the edge of the distributor. The part is axially supported against the upstream end of the ring. The plate is elastically stressed in axial direction by the upstream end of the ring.
