[origin: EP2061062A1] The switchgear has fixed contacts (4), and mobile contacts (3) that are supported by a contact-carrier shaft (2), where the switchgear is housed in a box comprising a base (1) and a cover. An opening/closing mechanism (7) opens/closes the mobile contacts. A monoblock and removable cut-off module (13) comprises cut-off chambers (14-17) and supports the contact-carrier shaft, such that the shaft closes the chambers. The shaft is rotatably mounted with respect to the cut-off module.
