The electrical contact element has a cylindrical socket contact (2) and a contact holder, where the contact holder is connected with the socket contact in a force-fit and form-fit manner. The contact holder is connected with a ring element, where the cylindrical socket contact encloses at a cylindrical tubular sheath. An inner diameter of the ring element is designed in a molded manner. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing an electrical contact element.

Elektrisches Kontaktelement (1) umfassend einen zylinderförmigen Buchsenkontakt (2) und einen Kontakthalter (3), welcher mit dem Buchsenkontakt kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden ist und der Kontakthalter mit einem Ringelement (30) verbunden ist, welcher den zylinderförmigen Buchsenkontakt am zylinderförmigen Rohrmantel (21) umschließt, wobei der Innendurchmesser D2 des Ringelementes profiliert ausgebildet ist.
