[origin: WO2008031989A2] A building having a structure fastened to the ground comprises walls structured by means of façade (2) and gable (12) frames fastened between columns (1, 13, 14). The roof is formed by a structure comprising rafters (3) and purlins (4). The purlins (4) and the rafters (3) respectively rest on a column (1) and are held laterally in place between two vertical members (8) each belonging to a frame. Prefabricated panels fastened to the frames (2,12) and to the columns (1, 13, 14) complete the closure of the walls and roof. The whole structure is self-stable and self-braced.
