Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2062496A1] The system has a lower body (1) and a base (25) respectively mounted on an upper body (2) and an outer body (24) in a manually rotatable manner. The upper body is mounted in the outer body in a reversibly movable manner between retracted and utilization positions in which an applicator (5) is housed in and projected from the outer body, respectively. The lower body is movably mounted in the base for reversibly moving the upper body between the two positions by rotating the base in a direction, and for being rotatably driven by the base when the applicator is in the utilization position.
