Abstract (en)
The sorting device has a drive shaft fastened to a shaker body (4). The drive shaft is designed as a non circulating vibrating shaft (2) with a pivoting angle lesser than 360 degrees. The shaker body is supported at the vibrating shaft by a coupling bar (6). The vibrating shaft has vibrating arms (2b), which are aligned displaceably to each other in an angle of 180 degrees. The pivoting angle of the pivoting angle is adjustable by a swing adjustable eccentric disk (8). The vibrating shaft is driven by a linear drive e.g. hydraulic cylinder.

Zum einfachen Aufbau bei verbesserter Trenngüte einer Sortiervorrichtung mit wenigstens einer Antriebswelle, an der Schüttlerkörper befestigt sind, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Antriebswelle(-n) als Schwingwelle(-n) (2) mit einem Schwenkwinkel von kleiner als 360° ausgebildet ist/sind. Bevorzugt weist die Schwingwelle (2) mehrere Schwinghebel (2b) auf, die abwechselnd in einem Winkel von 180° zueinander versetzt ausgerichtet sind.
