The press has an eccentric shaft (1) rotating around an axle for adjusting a ram hammer by an eccentric tappet. The shaft is supported by a front support (3) and a rear support (4) in a machine frame (5) using the tappet. The shaft is supported in the machine frame by a rocker (6) that is pivotable around an axis (7) extending transverse to a movement level (15) of the ram hammer. The front and rear supports are adjustable by turning of the jack in the movement level. Distance (B) of the rear support from the axis is twice as large as the distance (A) of the axis from the front support.

Eine Crimppresse mit einer um eine Achse rotierbaren Exzenterwelle (1) zum Verschieben eines Pressenbärs (2) mit einem Exzenter, bei der die Exzenterwelle (1) mittels eines Vorderlagers (3) und eines Hinterlagers (4) in einem Maschinengestell (5) gelagert ist, wobei das Vorder- und das Hinterlager (3, 4) einen Abstand voneinander haben, wobei die Exzenterwelle (1) in dem Maschinengestell (5) auf einer Wippe (6) gelagert ist, die um eine sich quer zur Bewegungsebene des Pressenbärs (2) erstreckende Achse (7) des Maschinengestells (5) schwenkbar ist und wobei das Vorder- und Hinterlager (3, 4) durch eine Schwenkung der Wippe (6) in der Bewegungsebene (15) des Pressenbärs verschiebbar sind.
