The method involves circulating shuttles (18) around an annular track (17) through a set of filling machines (1) having feeders (9) that receive small objects (4) e.g. capsules, that are advanced to respective picking location and pickers. A memory of the shuttles is programmed with data regarding intended contents of pockets of respective blister pack. The memory is read when the shuttles pass through respective filling machines. The respective pickers are operated to move the small objects from feeders to the pockets in accordance with the data for the respective blister pack. An independent claim is also included for a system for filling blister packs.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum individuellen Befüllen von mindestens einen Napf (3) aufweisenden Blistern (2) mit Produkten (4, 5, 6) aus einer Auswahl von mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Produktarten, bei dem in einer Füllstation (1) in einer der Anzahl der Produktenarten entsprechenden Anzahl von Füllkassetten (7) die Produkte (4, 5, 6) bereitgestellt und aus den Füllkassetten (7) in eine der jeweiligen Füllkassette (7) zugeordnete Abgabeposition (8) überführt werden, bei dem die Blister (2) der Füllstation (1) zugeführt werden, und bei dem die Produkte (4, 5, 6) individuell von der Abgabeposition (8) in den Napf (3) des Blisters (2) transferiert werden. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiterhin eine Füllstation (1).
